The Parkshield parking control system is based on the issuing of Charge Notices to vehicles that park unlawfully on privately owned land.

By adopting a Parkshield parking control system. You may issue the charges notices to any vehicle, which is illegally parked on your land. Additionally you may also opt to have a “Parkshield Parking controller” issue parking tickets on your behalf.

The offending vehicles then have 28 days to pay the Charge Notice of £85.00, which is reduced to £60.00 if payment is made within 14 days of issue.

No further paperwork or legal costs: - Parkshield takes care of all enforcement and collection for each and every ticket issued through its own legal department at no extra cost to the landowner.

Landowners may cancel at their discretion any Charge Notice they issue within 14 days of the date of issue.
