In order to comply with the DVLA strict code of practice and to empower Parkshield to enforce unlawful parking on the land, it will be necessary that all clients wishing to adopt a Parkshield Parking control system sign a “Parking Control License Agreement” with Parkshield. This agreement simply states the location of the land the control system is to be used on, the landlords/tenants name and the duration term the system is to be used for.
Step 2
Choose an appropriate sized product for your car park. Most companies initially choose our “Starter Pack” which contains everything you need to set up the system on your land.
Step3.
Upon receipt of your completed on-line application form we will dispatch via first class post/email a “Parkshield Licence Agreeement” and Invoice for your Parkshield product.
Once we have received your signed license agreement we will immediately dispatch via overnight courier your chosen Parkshield product.
Step4.
Upon receiving the Parkshield product you may immediately erect the supplied warning signs (Guidance on displaying the signs will be provided)
Please be assured that once you have done this you will find an immediate reduction in unauthorised parking at your site.
However, should you find that any motorist chooses to ignore the warning signs, you may issue them with one of the supplied Charge Notices, sending us the duplicate copy so we may enforce non-payment where needed.
The offending vehicle has 28 days to pay the Charge Notice of £85.00, which is reduced to £60.00 if payment is made within 14 days of issue.
